The Essentrics studio has created a schedule that will challenge every muscle in your body and leave you feeling fit, flexible & healthy!
Mix and match between an Essentrics Toning workout, and a challenging Essentrics Stretch workout to create the perfect balance. Each workout type will challenge every muscle in your body.
The stretch workouts help you perform better and release tight muscles that may be causing pain, or preventing you from creating the long lean look you want. The toning workouts will take your newfound flexibility and add an extra challenge to speed up your shaping changing results.
